12-Week Weight Loss – Done For You Program

We’ve added a new Done For You program named “The 12-Week Weight Loss Plan” which is designed to help clients lose weight.

The program promotes safe and sustainable weight loss and helps clients learn to make healthier food choices, together with exercise plans to help them lose weight and learn skills to prevent weight regain.

The plan is delivered through 12 weekly phases full of diet, healthy eating and physical activity advice, including weekly challenges.
