Client Knowledge Base
Display a Knowledge Base of information, FAQ, Q&A, repository, etc. to clients quickly and easily on their dashboard.
The application settings page is where you’ll find and manage all application specific settings and integrations and the Quick Actions tab allows floating action buttons to be presented to the client on their dashboard.
The Knowledge Base quick action allows content from programs to be displayed to clients in a searchable, article format, such as a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) or Question and Answer or central repository.
Program content can be added to the Knowledge Base by enabling the “Include In Knowledge Base” setting on the program edit screen.
Once a client clicks the Knowledge Base action on their dashboard the program content is displayed accordingly.
