The client dashboard is where client’s will view, manage and complete their assigned coaching programs.
On the Dashboard client’s see an interface where they can read coaching assignments, get workouts, and record habits and progress.
The dashboard shows the assignment, workout and habit tracking for the current day (if any).
Between the header and the main content you’ll see the date and a calendar icon on the left. You can use this calendar to view past or future content and it’s as simple as selecting the day you want to view.
Once you click on a day on the calendar the dashboard is updated automatically and you can see the content for the selected day.
To view the day’s content click on the title or the Read More link of an entry displayed on the dashboard.
The content will be displayed and you can review the content details, watch video demonstrations, access PDF attachments, etc. for the current training phase.
To return to the dashboard, click the “Cross” icon at the top left of the page.
Once you’ve read and completed the content, click the Checkbox at the top right of the page when viewing content and your content will be marked as done.
Alternatively, click the “Mark Done” button in the dashboard and your content will also be marked as done.
Celebrate and share significant milestones in client progress on social media by clicking the Share icon at the bottom right of completed content.
A sharing dialog will be displayed where you can post your achievement to Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or Pinterest.
You can also share achievement badges awarded for your progress by clicking the Badge icon at the bottom right of completed content.

The client progress section which can be viewed by clicking the Progress icon at the top right of the page.
Of course, we’re not expecting client’s to be perfect, but checking progress helps to keep track of how they’re progressing.
