The client list page is where you’ll find, create and manage all of your client records.
To display the application help and shortcuts click the Help button.
To filter the client list by Location select an entry from the Locations dropdown.
To filter the client list by a Tag select an entry from the Tags dropdown.
To filter the client list by a Program select an entry from the Programs dropdown.
Add a Client
To create a new client record, click the Add Client button.
To make an action on one or more clients, select the appropriate clients in the list by clicking the checkbox next to their entry.
Once selected choose from the following actions which will be applied to selected clients accordingly.
To assign a new program to the client click the Assign Program button. See the Client Profile page for specific details on program assignment.
To send a message to selected clients click the Send Message button.
To send a welcome invitation message to a client with a link to automatically login to the application click the Send Invitation button.
To permanently delete the client and their history click the Delete button and confirm accordingly. Note that this operation cannot be undone.
To mark the client as Inactive (a contact) select the Inactive Client button.
The client profile can be viewed by clicking the client’s name from the appropriate entry in the list.
A coach can “impersonate” one of their clients and view their dashboard, progress, updates, etc. as if they were the client by clicking the Impersonate button.
