Timely Personal Trainer Reminders
A critical first step in forming new habits or making lasting change is having a reminder (the trigger that initiates the behavior) at the right time.
Trying to remember to do a new habit can be difficult as it’s easy to forget when things should be done or you remember at the wrong time.
Coachific allows coaches and clients to set a preferred time when reminders are sent from the application.
Of course you still need to take action and do the habit (the second step) but without that first trigger or cue you’re unable to start in the first place.
The preference can be set on the Client screen from Clients > Open Client > Preferences Tab > Preferred Reminder Time
