Community Account

You can manage your account login, password, email preferences, privacy and moderation in your account settings.

Make changes to your account details accordingly and click Save Changes.

Accessing & downloading your information

If you want to download a copy of your information, visit Export Data and click Request Data Export.

Deleting your account

If you want to delete your account, visit Delete Account and click Delete Account.

You can’t regain access to your account once it’s deleted.

Some information, such as messaging history, isn’t stored in your account. This means friends may still have access to messages you sent after your account has been deleted.

Copies of some material (for example, log records) may remain in our database but are disassociated from personal identifiers.
